Without sounding like a commercial, this place is everything you would want to get out of a nail shop and more! The staff are funny, and treat you like a friend. Tracy (owner/manager) takes it up a notch, and treats you like family and makes you feel comfortable while there, as if you were the owner. So, though I am writing this on my behalf, my wife is the one who actually goes there the most (manicure/french nails done/pedicure), I am a man who goes there for a pedicure, so get out there guys! My wife wants to add, this place is very clean, and well decorated, and for each holiday they decorate, which is really nice, and with class. Let me tell you, I have been to several nail shops and this one is our, my personal favorite of all time and had to post this review, because they very much deserve the praise. This was my first and only time coming to the shop which is unfortunate because it is right by my home. Before arriving to the shop I called for an appointment and the lady I spoke to on the phone said I can come in around 2 o’clock. I was trying to be respectful of everybody’s time and decided to arrive at 1:55 (not minding to wait a bit since I DID arrive a few minutes early). I was asked to pick out a gel color I liked. After about ten minutes I was seated by a nail tech who put acetone and foil on my nails to start the process of a standard gel manicure. The nail tech then received a new client and handed me off to a new nail tech. The second nail tech was VERY friendly and I enjoyed having her doing my nails. I was sad to see that yet again she was handed a new client and I was handed off yet again to a new nail tech. Finally the time came to get my nails done at around 3:00 after I had an appointment for a 2:00 gel manicure. While my nails weren’t even painted yet the first nail tech I had finished with her newest client after me that had a set put on. How is it that a full set with gel top coat was finished well before I was when I came into the shop wel before her? Finally, I went to pay and handed the man a coupon for a $26.99 coupon for a gel manicure. The man then relayed the coupon back to my first nail tech and she told me she couldn’t grant it for me because she took my former polish off? I didn’t even bother arguing and told the man how long I waited (1:55 arrived and left at 3:45) and to be really let down at the end. I didn’t tip after all, which person do I feel would be right to tip? I left paying $30.00 I’m not sure if there was some favoritism going on but I can assure you that I am a shy and respectful person by nature I and would never like to bring a business down but I felt that I wasn’t treated well to be paying money and will not be coming back to this location again. This has nothing to do personally with the nail work in itself the nails came out beautiful but the service I received. I felt I didn’t deserve to be treated like my time wasn’t valuable as I was respectful of their time.

Oh my goodness I am so happy. I decided to change my salon and went I-U Nails this morning. I always want something different in a design and Tracey made it work. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Not a bad place but nothing over the top. Apparently you get a discount of $2 if you pay cash. I noticed after returning home that my toenails weren't trimmed evenly.. and the polish didn't last more than a week. I can usually get 3 weeks out of my regular spot but came here on recommendation. I wasn't able to see the two people I was recommended to try so that could be all the difference. Next time I will book with one of them.

My daughter and daughter-in-law and I have our nails done here. Full set acrylic and gels are excellent. Vietnamese staff members are very good .
