I booked my app for today. Today we arrived for our appointment and saw the store was closed as you can see below. We both tried to calling and we reached one person who hung up the call. No one answered calls afterwards. There was no advance notification that they decided to close today nor did anyone reach out to reschedule our appointment. Worst experience

Amazing experience with waxing. they use good quality wax, clean space & friendly staff. Brazil Rio Spa Is one of the best waxing places you can go to.

Horrible! don’t waste your time. Very unprofessional service. I booked twice for manicure, the first time I got there they were late and told me I had to wait for 1 hr. So they rebooked me for the following week, whenI got there the salon was closed! nobody noticed me.

Place was amazing! Brazilian manicure was so unique and looked great! Also staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
