I was there once and I was ok, until the second time I went there, the 2nd appointment I went there for one thing but ended up taking care of other two things, she stated I had a possibility of melanoma, so out of fear i agreed to do what she suggested.
When I went back she didn't have the results from the lab, she went to talk over the phone to the lab and came back to tell me I had melanoma, and that I had to come back to remove more, I received a bill after I already paid for the services just to find out she was charging me for removing the stiches and supposedly for reading the diagnose, that she never read
she was wrong about everything, so she went to read the diagnose over the phone, she tried the scare tactic . I will report her to my insurance and raise a red flag, she is money hungry and dishonest. I am beyond I have never been verbally lied by a doctor.

I would not recommend this place or the Doctor to anyone. She is very rude, physically aggressive, and dishonest. It's truly unbelievable the way Dr. Fleck treats people and conducts business, it's unethical and demeaning.

Scheduled a tattoo removal about a month in advance. I took a day off work so I could get this done. So I drive all the way to the office which is about 35 minutes away from my home. I got to the office and the door was locked and there was a note taped to it saying they were out of the office. So I called the number on the note and a lady from the office picked up.
I told her I was there for my 2pm appointment and the door was locked. She asked if I was there for my job interview. I told her no, I was there for my appointment.
She then told me that they are out of the office all week and would not be able to do my appointment.
I was super irritated cause I took the whole day off for this and they didn't even call me to tell me they couldn't do it.
I asked her why was never called so i didn't have to drive all the way out there just to find out they wouldn't do it. She told me that she thought they called everyone. I told her that when I booked my appointment I gave the receptionist my name, phone number, and email.
They have no problem emailing me advertisements, but they can't take 2 seconds to tell me my appointment was cancelled.
So a week later I tried to call and make another appointment but they never pickup their phones.
I have left multiple messages and no one has ever returned my call.
I would not trust these people with my money, my time, or my health if they can't even do the simplest of tasks.
Do NOT go here.

The Botox was quick, easily, and not very painful. She made the Botox look natural and didn't freeze my face.

Unprofessional!!! If your going to have a service don't try and switch the prices around after I have already been a patient. Quote me 50$ one day, 200 the next? No thanks.
