Extremely unprofessional. My husband and I went for manicures yesterday and it was an awful experience. First, the people were rather unfriendly. I don't expect a technician to become my best friend, however, I also don't want the cold shoulder when I try to engage in a bit of friendly conversation. This behavior was odd as the woman told me she is Vietnamese and I told her about my trip to Vietnam and how lovely the people treated us there during our 6 week stay. She was virtually non communicative. Now, for the actual manicure itself, we paid $12 each (which yes, is a decent price) but it wasn't worth a fraction of that. She was quick, filed nails a little unevenly and left them feeling jagged on the ends, did not push back the cuticle and instead painted over them. She put 4 different coats on without any dry time in between resulting in a couple of nails having air bubbles in them. The color was not applied evenly and you can see that the color is thicker in some places and not brought to the edges of the nails. Total disappointment. My husbands manicure was equally as bad. He had clear coat quickly applied and it was goopy and uneven. She also gave no instructions as to how long to wait until they dried and had no small fan to offer my husband to help dry the nails quickly. My husband said, "how long until I can drive?" She looked at him like he was crazy and didn't even respond. I said, "mine are dry so I'll drive." I wasn't sure if mine were dry either since she also gave me no instructions as to how long to sit and wait.....but I just wanted out of there. Save your money and go elsewhere. I absolutely cannot recommend this place. I read an article recently that said most Americans post good reviews and give tips that are unearned, and don't speak up to businesses that provide bad services out of guilt that they feel for possibly hurting people's feelings or their incomes. I agree with this as I find myself not speaking up to people in person (I know I could say in a nice way I am not happy with a particular service but it just feels awkward doing it). I also find myself feeling "guilted" into paying for poor services because I know people struggle to make a living.....however, I am going to try to make it a policy from now on to not hide behind a computer posting reviews and instead tell businesses in person how I am feeling (good or bad) about the service they provided.

The experience at Lee nails was only okay for the price. This place has some potential, but the workers there need more experience and training, as well as some new equipment and polish. I would not recommend...

Horrible experience. Stay away. Used same instruments on multiple customers. My wife and I just sat down for a manicure and pedicure when another couple walked in requesting the same services. Having just started on us, the lady says "sure, it will only be about 10 minutes". She and her co-worker rushed through out appointment in the alotted 10 minutes (which is amazing for 2 people to get manis and pedis in that short period of time). Obviously a poor job and poor service for both of us.

I asked for white tips which was ok until I had her add a pink line on top the paint wasn't even and didn't look professional so I had to go pay for a color change elsewhere. #Need better painting skills!
