My basic concern is that you spend WAY too much time waiting to get lashes. You can FORGET a walk unless you have 2 hours or more to waste sitting there. If you have an appt, bet on sitting atleast an hour. Plus, out of 3 lash techs, only 2 really know what they are doing. They are very good, but the wait is SUCH a turn off. I have found other places to go where my time is not so used up.

Not a terrible salon. Only real issue was with the wait, it was about 30 minutes and the place wasn’t busy. My tech was very nice and professional. I think they really need to address their customer service. More than one employee is on the phone or had head phones in. It’s not that it’s the worst but i mean if this is a job/place of business you shouldn’t be doing personal stuff. Wasn’t a huge sticking point for me and wouldn’t prevent me from coming but I noticed a lot of previous reviews noted a poor customer experience and this might contribute. Overall good work from my tech and happy with what I got.

Terrible service...I got my lashes done and the young lady did them short when I actually asked for long. When I looked in the mirror and seen that my lashes were short, I told her again that I asked for long. She told me i can get long lashes next time. I spoke with the owner Joanne and she immediately told me I'm not getting my money back. I respectfully told her I didn't want my money back I asked her to just take them off. She sucked her teeth and said just sit down I'll get to you whenever... what? Her attitude towards me, a paying customer was so nasty and rude. While I was trying to speak she kept talking over me and waving her hand, as if to shew me away. I just left...please don't go there, don't give anyone your money that can't can't treat you with respect. No, I'm not returning and the 7 other friends and family will not be either.

I came back to this shop after not coming for 2.5 years and it all came back to me on why I no longer spend my money with these people. They are rude and don’t care about ANYTHING but getting your money. After picking out a gel polish from their example display Mike began to do my nails which I have no complaints on until he began to polish them..once he painted his first coat of polish I placed my hand under the cure lamp and when it came up o had black specks so I asked him and he said it was from the lamp and would come off. We continued to paint and by the end of the cure job I still had black specks. So I told him this was horrible and looks dirty. He said they would come off after the alcohol wipe which they did not so I told him I would have to pick another color because this isn’t like the display.. Mile storm up said no he wasn’t going to repaint them. I then walked to Joanne which he walked behind and began to show her so she said go pick another polish and Mike would redo them. When I went and sat back down mike told me “no im not gonna do get someone else to do” so I then walked back to Joanne to let her know and she just turns and tells another person to do them who vegans to have an attitude because she has to fix someone else’s work..so by this time I’m D I S G U S T E D so I just tell them I would never be back and to give me my tab. $65 later I left with a dingy paint job and not with a happy & relaxing experience for a “spa”. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THAT SHACK! They don’t appreciate you as a customer just want your money and treated me very poorly.

Nina is the best! When I lived in NC I would still travel to her get my brows waxed.
