I've been going to this place since I moved to GA and I like the quality of the work. It is a little hood but that's where all the good work is done really and they also do an excellent job on my feet which I love. They take their time to perfect their craft and cater to their clients. I recently had to go back the next day to get my nails fixed because one of the newer nail techs didn't really do a good job on my nails, she seemed like she needed more experience. None the less, the next day, the nail tech, Nee, fixed my nails--which is what you can see below. That photo is a week after the fix. Overall, I've never had a bad experience here up until my most recent visit but I was accommodated and wasn't charged but I still tipped. I would recommend!

Horrible service. Waited for 3 hours to be serviced and eventually left after being tired of waiting for so long. Very unprofessional....allowed patrons to eat, and have children inside that were not being serviced.

Ask for Kelly she's the best. She can recreate any design shown to her. Her husband Monday is great as well.

I'm new to the Austell area straight from Houston and I was looking for a new nail salon. This one is literally down the street from my house so I went in there with High Hopes after reading reviews that were decent. I asked for Kelly because that's who people recommended in the reviews that I read. She was pretty nice but after wearing my nails for 2 weeks and going to get a refill I discovered that I had a nail fungus growing under my pinky nail! This place is not sanitary and they will mess up your nails. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles on two fingers while doing my nails and did not want to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Now I have half of a pinky nail after having to soak it off myself at home because I do not want them to touch it again! Please if you care about your health and well-being do not go to this nail shop! This place is not sanitary at all and the nail polish selection sucks! I am pissed about my pinky nail because now I need to start a new job and I don't even know if I can get my nails done or what is left of it SMH

The lady who did my nails did a good job. Her attitude and conversation was pleasant the whole time.
