Soooo I haven’t been here in years but took a chance on then again because I’m on crutches and can’t make it to my nail artist and it was closer ; and was horrible my toes on my left feet started to crack, and it was supposed to be gel, also she charged me $70 for my nails and it’s a bad job very short and the acrylic is everywhere she didn’t take her time to make sure everything was filed and looking good after sitting there for what felt like two hours I was over it.

Glad they opened early I was having a meltdown on my wedding day trying to get my nails and eyebrows tinted before my wedding thank you ladies for getting me right

I was on this side of town trying to kill time. I came in and asked for a short square black set! Simple! The acrylic application was messy. The shape wasn’t even and the lady who did my feet…. um. Yeah, never again. You pay for what you get.

I agree with the other reviews that the service prices are reasonable but I really think they need to work on their customer service and craftmamship. If you can't do a design in a picture shown to you, don't say you can and then get mad when the customer (me) tells you they don't like it. The nail tech even tried twice and both times I didn't like it and requested another tech to do my design. The tech that was trying to design my toes got mad and kind of slammed the nail polishes in the drawer. She just got up and walked away. I waited for about 5 minutes and approached another worker who claimed to be the manager and asked him who was going to finish my toes. He replied someone was coming shortly. 20 minutes later, I get a design I didn't want. Frankly, I was just tired of waiting. A 30 minute service was quickly turning in to 1 1/2 hr job.Not to mention, both techs that it took to finish my pedi never cleaned up my french tip leaving it sloppy. This will be my first and last time coming here.

I don’t get what all the bad reviews are about. It’s not a luxury spot, but it’s a regular nail shop. They did a nice job on my mani & pedi for almost the same price I usually pay for mani alone in Buckhead or Sandy Springs. I’ll be coming here whenever I’m on this side of town.
