My first time at Mina's was a great experience. My nails looked great, everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed my experience. As time went by, they cut corners, my services were rushed, and my nails reflected this. I wrote a review reflecting this on FB and Mina asked me to change it because she changed staff and claimed this would not be the case moving forward. I did so hoping that what she said was true. I made an appointment following the review change and arrived to find that the nail technician I had the appointment with had just taken another customer even though my appointment was in 2 minutes. I ended up sitting in the salon waiting for 45 min because no other technician was available. I left without getting my nails done, very upset and went to another salon in the area. Mina did NOTHING to rectify this. I will NEVER be back.

I walked in at 5pm looking for a full set of nails. Took them forever just to acknowledge me and ask me what I wanted. Once I told her, she said she couldn’t help me they were booked for the night and said nothing else, didn’t offer me an appointment on a different day. I guess they don’t need any new business...

Look forward to my pedicures at Mina Nails. Always greeted by name and treated very well. Salon is very clean and all staff are very friendly and professional. Always a treat I look forward too! Thank you Mina!!!

Love Mina Nail's they are always accommodating to me and I have been going there for almost 2 years now. The owner is very nice and always helping me out to fit me in whenever I need a fill. Pricing is fair and she gives discounts for younger kids. Angela the day of my childs party you went to Mina was fully booked and she fit us in that morning for me. She re arranged things so we could go. She was trying to inform parents not to call directly with changes to have me call in changes to be fair there were 7 kids and each parent was changing things from mani & pedis to just pedi's and it was just confusing so she wanted me to call in changes only so she didn't think they were new apt being made. If you are looking for a nice relaxing experience please go here its a nice friendly place.

Best gel manicure I have ever gotten. Always a very happy customer! Staff is very nice, service is always great and I always feel welcomed! Mina always greets me by my first name which is nice. Other nail salons I have gone to don’t even remember me no matter how many times I have gone.
