People do not have the skills to deal with people even though you are spending your money they have a nail polish they call mood gel I was charged ten dollars just to take it off back this summer when I changed it fast forward to last Saturday I go back and I take my granddaughter with me we both got our nails done I even did my toes I used that mood gel of course and Monday morning it started chipping by Friday all the polish is off at least four nails so I call on Saturday to tell him he told me to come in when I came in he accused me of picking it off 😂 I was outdone he ARGUED that he knew me I did it at my job does he even know where I work? Poor customer service

This place was not a pleasant experience. I went to get my brows done and was just telling the lady(Hanna) on how I would like them to be, not to be picky or anything (just from a previous waxing. I was ok with her just doing her job and I just want them shaped. I got up and almost half of my brows were gone.)
This time, while explaining to her she interrupted me stating " I knoooow what I'm doing" as if I was insulting her. I told her that I liked how she did my mom but mine were just too thin. She then tells me " you wanna do it my way or your way?" I responded " I would like for YOU to do them but I want them done the way I would like them. Isn't that what I'm paying for?" She then tells me that I can get up and leave and just go somewhere else. I did, being that the service wasn't polite yet alone professional.
I think this place doesn't have the skills to deliver good customer service. I also don't think that they've adjusted to the American Accustomed of good quality of service because they are EXTREMLY rude and aren't being able to recognize certain manners of respect.

If I could put -10 stars I would! Me and my niece came to this nail shop to get a medi , pedi done we was not greeted the young Chinese girl was rude for one, as we preceded to get service to pick out our polish she was rude rushing us. I sat down to get gel polish the gel light was hot she had my hand on top of a case under the light . I told her it was hot could you please take my hand down a little . She screamed at me jump out her seat and then the rude gentleman came up and started to yell at me trying to justify her action and my niece who was getting her toes polished and told us to leave I am so shaken and angry right now I can't text this and by the way I have my grand son with me!!! This mess is still happening to a level that we as people need to spend our money some place else!

Nasty, I will never go back. I got my eyebrows done. She almost waxed all of them off, she left glue all over my face. I have the coffin shaped nails. The guy has them crooked then tried to charge me for something he offered to do. The service is horrible, they rushed and I was not satisfied.
