My boyfriend mask got chewed up by our dogs, and we needed to replace his mask. We found this store online. I called Roger and was going to pick up a mask during my lunch break . The mask that we were wanting was an older model and Roger suggested we come in and try newer ones that he had in stock . Our time frames didn't collide correctly to come in during business hours .Roger suggested that we met up with him after hours . We did, and he was great . To us he went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us out. He is very knowledgeable and nice. We will be coming to him for anything else that we need. I would recommend him to anyone who needs supplies or information. Thank you Roger!

I cannot say enough good things about Roger! I will gladly drive the 40 minutes to visit this store. He went above and beyond for my husband and saved us hours of aggrevation. He even made adjustments to my husband's equipment that no one else even bothered to ask about. This is life saving service you wont find anywhere else! Thank you again Roger!

Incredible customer service! They're open 24 hours, but make sure you call ahead of time it's very early or late. Really happy I found this place.

My husband’s CPAP stopped working in the middle of the night over the weekend...we figured he would be without it until at least Monday and would then have to send it off. We found this store and we were in and out in 20 minutes with a new power pack! You never find customer service like this anymore from someone who truly cares. Great people, great store, and a superb experience. Thanks Roger for saving the day!!

ROger and the lady helping him are wonderful. I lost my receipt and my HSA people rejected the claim. When I called to get a new receipt, she had it emailed and text to me in a few minutes. Then she called me to tell me she had sent it. My corporate email STILL didn't show it (stupid filtering thing), but my personal email did.
THey never complained that I cost them a few minutes of time due to my mistake.
They have my business as long as I live here.
