Prices kept changing for the same services, and I always felt like techs were rude and making fun of clients in their native language. I stopped going.

Took my mom and daughter to this salon a few weeks ago. The salon was clean and the people were nice. I have never had this experience before though while getting a manicure/pedicure. A gentleman was doing my pedicure and a lady started doing my manicure as I was sitting in the chair getting my pedicure!!! At first I thought she was just having me soak my nails in preparation for my manicure, but then she just started doing my whole manicure! I couldn't really just sit back and relax and enjoy the massage chair or the pedicure!! I couldn't sit and read like I normally do or look at my phone. Plus, you always have to have cash for tips and usually it is just the one person doing both the manicure and pedicure, so then I had to worry I did not have enough cash to tip BOTH people! On the plus side, I was done faster but again, I would have appreciated being able to relax. The other con I have to add to this review is that I believe I was overcharged....I went to pay and they didn't have tickets written for us and the guy just kind of looked around and then said $200.00! This is the most we have ever paid anywhere and we get our nails done every few weeks and have tried a couple of different salons. One manicure and 2 manicure/pedicures!!
Anyway, I don't believe we will be returning. Again, not the most horrific experience but also not the most pleasant.
