My friend recommended this place to me and I was getting my hair done around the corner so I decided to try it despite the bad reviews. All of my family is coming in next week and I wanted my nails to look nice so I decided to get a manicure but they totally messed up my fingers. I knew this place was going to be bad when the guy pulled out used equipment in a pandemic. I was just like 'ew gross.' When my nails were almost completed I heard the guy say '0h no' and knew he messed up around my thumb. I was kind of mad I was still charged full price. In pictures you can see there are little cuts around some of my fingers and it BURNED when he put the shiny coat on them. My nail beds were really swollen when I left the salon and when I saw the cuts I was upset. Next time I'll go to my regular place.
I gave this place a 2 stars instead of a 1 star because of the convenience factor and I didn't have to do them myself. But honestly, really not worth it. I won't be back.

Rushed pedicure. I mean really rushed! Feet doesn’t feel like a callus remover was used. Continuously asked me to get a more expensive pedicure. High prices for a low budget experience.

This is not a place for relaxation
They do your pedicure and manicure at the same time.
I prefer at different times for relaxation. Also they are always in a hurry to get you in-and-out.
Sometimes you get a person that does a great job sometimes you get a person that does a bad job It depends on the day and hour.

Came on Labor Day Monday which was great that they were able to accommodate me as a walk in. But for the price, the quality of the service was subpar. My gel nails have already started to peel and my pedicure was chipped 1/2 weeks after service. They were VERY fast but you are definitely paying for the speed and location rather than quality. Would come here in a pinch but will not be my go to place.

There are numerous reasons why my experience was less than satisfactory but the most important is the final result. I’ve had acrylic nails for over 30 years and don’t recall a time where I’ve walked out worse than I came in. I was repeating an American style finish and the mail tech did not bother to note that these eran existing nails needed replacement. The result is an unflattering finish the nail grown is completely visible through the clear polish. Not only is the service less than Im accustomed to, but the work itself is shorty. If you are considering this place for your nails, look elsewhere.
