This was my place to go for a mani and pedi but lately in my past 3 visits I have not been happy with the customer service nor with the quality of my nails. Very high prices I guess they are trying to make up for the lack of customers. Trying out other places.

The only issue was horrible customer service the nail tech was highly irritaded and she let me know that she was by rolling her eyes and being rough with me even the man who runs the place I'm assuming decided to let me know I shouldn't trust my "friend" that was with me because she backed me up what i asked for is not at all what I got and not even close. I asked if they could change it before she had completely finished due to the fact it wasn't at all what I had asked for. It wasn't his place to tell me who to trust just because he didn't like the feedback and she had made the descion to go else where after he skipped her. I had planned on getting a medi and pedi but instead just let the nail tech finish my medi and took my buiness else where.

It was my first time here and I had a great experience! I got acrylics and a pedi for my wedding, which came out beautiful. The people were very attentive to me and my friend and frequently asked if we were ok or offered something to drink. I'm not sure how to spell it, but the man who worked on my nails was named "Texan," or it sounded like that... and he did an awesome job. Great customer service!

Worst place I have been to .... Never had a problem with waxing and i come here and get allergic reaction they made me go back to see it and then tommake me wait till the last is done her pedicure ...
