Do not go here! This was worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. My pedicure was nice; however when getting an acrylic fill and cut down, the gentleman that took care of me was in a rush, extremely rough, made me bleed and also almost cut my skin when cutting my nails short. The polish job was also terrible. While sitting at the dryer I noticed how uneven and crooked my nails looked. I have been to several nail techs in my day and never had a job this bad. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. The gentleman did try to talk to me and justify the reason why my nails looked like that but I wasn't hearing it, I just wanted to leave. They did give me a $10 discount and acted as if they were doing me a favor....what I wanted was for my nails to at least look descent. The other younger man was also unprofessional and thought that my situation was funny. Worst experience ever...I wish I would have read some of the bad reviews instead of just going by the overall rating. Clearly those who love this place have low standards.

We scheduled an appointment for first thing in Saturday morning. The shop opened a few minutes late, but not a big deal. We requested 2 spa pedicures, but were told ( by the owner?/manager?) that they didn't have enough people but we could have a regular one instead. We were disappointed because we scheduled our appointment in advance but moved forward anyway. The technicians ended up giving us the spa pedicure without us having to ask again or pouting about it. It was lovely and we were very appreciative. They even gave my granddaughter (4 yo) a very mini pedicure. She loved it and we all left very happy. :)

I had an amazing experience today! Being my 21st birthday I wanted to treat myself and they really hooked me up! Very cautious and beautiful work! They really care about the quality of their work! I will definitely be returning!

Flex is the best! I always ask him to give me a dip powder manicure and he always does a WONDERFUL job. I’m super picky about my nails and I get them done frequently so when I moved to a new area I was nervous about trying new places. The staff at Solace made me feel so welcome and they always remember me. They offer you beverages and genuinely care about their business. It’s a clean salon too! I highly reccommend this salon 😊

I’ve been going to Solace for the past 7 months and I’ve never been disappointed! I’ve been consistently getting dip and my nails always look amazing. Anytime I’ve broken or chipped a nail(I’m clumsy) they fix it no questions asked. I’m extremely satisfied with their services and customer service that I will continue to visit frequently :)
