Always a good shopping experience... this is for professionals only.... there's a sign right on the door. Big letters! Not like a Sally's which is for consumers..... this is a licensed professional store....

Rude & poor customer service. Wasted my time walking around getting things only to be looked at like I was some criminal because I didn't have a licenses, to buy a hair brush and nail stickers. Sally's Beauty supplies will always be the best!
