I have never been more disappointed in my nails ever. I could have done them better myself, which I should have and saved myself the $40 if I had known how bad they would have come out. They did not cut my cuticles back at all. The lines are not even at all, and I felt as though the man was rushing, even though they were still going to be open for another two hours. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

This place is the worst I've ever been. Don't spend your money and time.
The owner has no idea of what she's doing.
Got a gel manicure that didn't last an hour. Not only she cut my skin to the point that I left in pain but they aren't even clean. Nothing is sanitized it just goes from one foot to another.
This place is terrible!!!!!!! No professionalism and not a clean place.
When you hear the lady call you honey and sweetheart and all those love names when you walk in, she's the one! Good luck

THE WORST PLACE EVER !!!!! Don’t spend your money and time at this place. Everyone who works there are rude with you and they don’t know what they are doing, I never had being so humiliated in my life like today. She refuse to color my nails until I paid her, where in this world we have to pay before the job is done? And I was already so mad because she was so rude with me, she was stopping the job all the time to do others stuff, there is no professionalism at this place. Don’t waste your time going there!!!! I’m never going back.

I gave this place a 1 because I wanted to be able to write this. How are they still open. They are so rude, I had been here before and stoped going because of the rudeness. Then my husband gave me a certificate to this place not knowing . So I said ok I'll use it , wouldn't want his money to go to waste. Stupid me i get a full set . Ok it was empty , the lady did ok so I went back today 6/2/18. I was very specific I asked if she would do only one nail French and she said yes remind me , right away I thought to my self WHY. I didn't say anything just kept shut , then a family of 3 walks in she's really excited stops what she's doing to give them hugs . Ok again I don't say anything . The an employee must have double booked two customers for 2pm , again she stood to check the agenda and proceeds to stop and talk to one of the doubled booked customers with hugs and apologies and asks she come back the next day. The place at this point starts getting rrall y busy mind u when u walked in they had only 4 customers with me . She sits back down calls someone places them on speaker and trust I don't know the language but I am sure she was calling for extra help, ok at this point she is totally distracted and stressed and is doing a shity job with my nails. To end this very long review, she totally screwed my nails up. She was told she didn't do what I asked for , she said it was too late and asked me why I didn't tell her. Tell u what how to do ur job? The French line was all over the place, at one point you only gave a second cote to my right picking then tell me to place in the dryer without doing my other 4 fingers. She then moved on to my left hand , I then said u didn't finish and she was talking to me like I was the dumb one . Then realized that she really didn't give the other 4 fingers a second cote and gets even more upset. At this point I was really mad and I was showing it . She didn't want to fix them she said it was too late I kept talking back, so she said come back another day and I will fix for u. None the less she still charged me a full price, it didn't seem like she cared all she wanted to do was move in to the next customer who was clearly more Important than me since the start . Sorry if this is very very long but I wanted to give the whole scoop so people really know. The first time they might confuse you but the second it will just be a disappointment! Furious

Horrible people, horrible attitudes, horrible nail polish and horrible experience. Don't walk, RUN away from this place!!!!!!
