I have been coming to Chicago nails for so many years now, and every year it gets better and better. Ann has always been so sweet in remembering me and my family and what we like to get done. Their prices are decent and I’d definitely recommend you try them out.

I waited an hour and a half to be helped. One nail tech tried to let a man that came in AFTER me, cut me in line. The guy who did my nails rushed on my fill in & the lady who did my pedi didn’t know how to put acrylic on my big toe.. she asked one co worker if she can do it and she said no… so i asked another worker if he can do it and he said that he didn’t have time to do it even though i offered to wait for him. I left very dissatisfied

Omg this place is amazing affordable and they did a great job on my dip nails, I love the shape and color this is the way dip nails should look like IMO anyways Anne did my eyebrows and she did an amazing job, she added some highlights to my eyebrows absolutely fantastic! I totally recommend this nail salon 😍

Horrible!!!! They do decent work at most. My friend and I got there at 9:30 when they opened and no one was there. They finally opened then they didn’t have enough people working. They proceeded to take people in front of us and didn’t start my friends manicure until 1:00. We just sat there while she did other people who arrived after us. I wanted to like this place since it’s convenient and close to where I live but will not not be returning. There are way too many nail salons that will treat their clients with respect. Do not go here if you want good service.

What I have observed is that their work is not reciprocated most of the time by entitled customers. They want first on the charts and receive good service; leave no tip.
