The place was nice and the staff were very friendly. I went in for a basic pedicure and was very happy with the amount of time the nail tech spent, especially on the foot massage. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for them using a used nail filer. Everything else seemed clean and new. Overall very satisfied.

Went with my sister to get a full set each, but they never made it to her because the guy doing my nails was SO rude and criticized me for saying "ouch" when his tools made my cuticle bleed. He finished and motioned for her to come sit down but I said no thanks we're leaving ! You can't pay me to go back to this place.

First time there. Terrible experience. When I arrived there were no other clients. That should of been my warning to leave as most other salons in the area were packed on a Saturday afternoon. Employees were lounging around looking bored. The place is absolutely filthy. Again, another indicator to leave but a coworker had recommended them so I gave it a chance. The nail tech was rude from the start. The lowest point being when he asked me in unrecognizable English, "you not relax?" As he jerked my fingers around. When I didn't understand him the first time he angrily asked, "you dumb?" Then he typed it out on his phone, the phone he was constantly texting on during my manicure by the way. He also took a picture of my hand with his phone without asking. All that to get a lousy manicure. He didn't even shape my nails the way I asked. Which was the only thing we were able to communicate about. Terrible.

Get my nails done weekly and I've been to every salon in and around Alamo Ranch. I love serenity because I never have to wait, they have a friendly family atmosphere, and it never has that strong chemical smell.
