Got my nails done for graduation, they were uneven and not what I wanted. Had to go and get them fixed somewhere else. Very unhappy!

I wish I could tell you how their service is. But despite adverrising walk in welcome - BOTH times I have been turned away. Once on a Friday afternoon and once early Monday morning. They only had one nail tech working.
Not ok!

Had pedi and still had rough feet. Also when I told lady I GET hang nails she missunderstood and "dug out" my 'hangnail". She hurt me several times. I went in next day and told the manager I was unhappy. Have to have another pedi and implied I have to pay. AND id have to wait two days. They lost my business! And I live in Biggs. I'll drive to Chico Thank You Very Much!

Very nice and friendly people. They always get me in when I need to. Never have to wait long.
