I went in with my two daughter's the other day and when we got there we sat for a min and then was over looked and was told we had to wait till a tech who knew how to do full sets was available. Then my daughters got their nails done and I asked how much it will be the lady told me a price then changed it dropping off $5 when she couldn't explain the extra $5, then the other tech had an attitude when i asked the price of my other daughter nails she added $5 saying that she had different colors when it was just regular nail polish. Then the tech that did my nails charged me $40 for gel when I've never paid that much I always paid $30 for gel and they weren't that long and one of my nails was crooked so I just feel like I've been overcharge and ripped off and I will NOT be returning again.

Excellent quality. Selena did my nails. I recommend calling for an appointment with her. She never disappoints. Her work is very detailed & precise.
They have different types of pedicures. My favorite is $35 that includes a scrub and a mask. 😍

I came to this establishment to get my eyebrows waxed and needless to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My eyebrows were completely different from each other. My right eyebrow had a rainbow arch and the nail tech waxed off the tail and arch off of the left eyebrow. I wear makeup on a daily basis and it is very difficult to fill in my eyebrows. I will not be returning.

I went to use a gift card and when I went waited 30 minutes for my turn then two friends came in after me and they waited on them before me......I will never go back to this shop again....the tech would not even review the sign in sheet to show I was correct

Your reply was not accurate because if you saw me walk in on the phone you also saw where I signed in which is the sign in sheet I asked you to check when it was my turn. And good customer service would have been to ask instead of timing how long I was on the phone which obviously meant you noticed me there. Once none of this matters because customer service defines my interest in any business, without it I am truly not interested

My wife and I just moved here and came to this nail salon for the 1st time.... Great service, Tam did a great job on my wife pedicure Ernesto did an amazing job on her nails and Dianna did a amazing job as well on my pedicure. We will definitely be back as regulars.
