My favorite nail salon!! I only go to this salon. Only salon I've been able to stick with ever. Helen is who I go to see. Helen hooks me up! Great service and pricing in and out. The salon is immaculate and it's like your in an oasis. I love the foot baths. The only salon I've been to that uses a disposable surface inside each foot bath. So you know it's clean when you go to put your feet in. Highly recommend this salon.

I am highly pissed off! Never been so heated over some nails. To start off w my mom has been a nail tech since before I was born & is very good at what she does. So I know when something is being done wrong. Her first impression was dry. She was presented horribly. Pants were sagging & she was dragging her body like she was tired. She had attitude w me when I asked her does the pedicure come w cleaning under the nails. Even after she said yeah, she only did one foot & not the other.She did not push back my cuticles, she literally dragged the tool across my toes repeatedly. When she was using the nippers she was cutting my skin & not the cuticles. I have a picture of my skin all cut up around my cuticle. When I asked her to stop cutting my toe nails because they were turning red in the corners she still continued & they started to bleed. I have a picture of that. When she used the pumice on me she was literally dragging it on my feet & was not trying at all. I asked her to focus more on my heels & she literally just did the same thing again. No dead skin came off. I have a picture of that. My feet look worse than what I came in. The towels she applied to my feet left my foot burning from whatever was in the towel. It was very strong & I told her before she laid it on me. She burned me w the towel. After she made me bleed she left me at the chair w/o saying anything & started cleaning. I understand she realized she messed up but she could have at least cover my feet up so that I don't get an infection & told me that someone was going to polish me. When I got home there was still scrub between my toes. I'm go get my money back tomorrow & they will never get my service again & I will make sure everyone I know knows not to go here. & im pretty sure not everyone in there is licensed. They have a couple displayed but I know that's not everyone. They don't deserve the one star & defiantly don't deserve my business. Anymore, my 45$ will not be wasted because I'm going to get my money back. First & last time doing business w them.

Although it's been 3 months, I won't be going back there. I give the place is beautiful but my fingers were hurting for 3 days because the man who did them was a little too hard on my nails. I didn't complain because I knew I wouldn't be going back

THIS PLACE IS THEE WORST. I always have terrible experience when i go here. For starters, the customer service is completely TRASH. You have to stand up there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledges you. They’re extremely rude and disrespectful and they don’t keep up with the order of customers. I like Elaine for eyebrows, however she is unreliable. I went there yesterday to get them done. She finished up on one person and then went and started on a full set so i went and asked her about it and she got an attitude and told me the girl had been waiting there before me. I asked her what time she would be there the next day. She said, “all day” so i go in there at 9:59AM, the rude guy in the front says she would be there in 30-40 minutes. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait. 11 o clock comes, no Elaine. I ask another guy what time she’s coming in and he says, “i don’t know 5 minutes” i explained i had been there an hour already and was told she would be there long before then. Then he says she doesn’t tell them when she gets in, she does what she wants. SMH, I’m fed up with this business. i always have to wait an hour+ just to get eyebrows done and it’s really ridiculous. They need customer service training or they won’t be in business for long, if they keep treating customers the way they do.

They women there are so rude. They rushed me to pick what kind of pedicure I wanted. I could not understand anything they were saying, and they got upset with me and pretty much yelled. She didn’t listen when I told her that the towel and leg wax was too hot she didn’t listen. I am unsatisfied with toe nails completely.
