Can I leave a negative star? First time going to Pretty Nails so I figured I ask for easy design. I usually let them do their thing on a first visit without saying much to see what is their normal. Was an older lady and gentlemen which thought strange because friday before Mother's Day is a busy day. Told it was 2 hour wait. While waiting 4 people left that came before me. The older guy started my pedicure. I asked him if the design was doable and he said yes. Pedicure was ok. The older lady did a regular French on the toes. She was going to leave the white on the sides without cleaning it up till I said something. The toes look ok. The fill in with gel top is a different story. The fill in part was fast and efficient. Never hit my cuticles or caused pain. But left on some tiny specks of black polish from the previous fillin. She asked what polish and I showed the picture of an easy French design. White on a slant with a dot marble on the tips. Not difficult. Well for whatever reason she didn't get how to do and maybe she didnt understand when I tried to explain. After a bit I gave up and just said just do a regular white French tip.The job was horrible. Its lumpy in areas and 2 fingers have areas of a rough spot. The gel polish can be seen on the side skin of the fingers. Visible specks of the previous black polish is seen, white on my fingers, on one thumb can see one side already lifted slighted. Horrible terrible job.

Julie is my normal tech..but she was out but was pleased with my service(her mom), eyebrows, pedi and full set!! Thank you😊

There normally the best but it seemed as if she was in a rush.. I like to come and relax hunny.

This place is absolutely horrible! Customer service is horrible. My friend and I got our eyebrows waxed and did not enjoy leaving with our eyebrows bleeding and my friend's eyebrows were not done properly as her brows were unmatched! Do NOT waste your money!
