I was totally disappointed. They messed my nails up so bad I couldn't even pick anything up for two weeks and still can't touch certain things with out my nail beds hurting and splitting because they took the file to them and made them so short and thin. Now 3 weeks later my nails are still suffering because I went back to get them taken off and a lady took care of me that time and the way the lady took them off scrubbing with a metal tool and filing even more. They did not even have the decency to offer anything as an apology to make things right and they did not give a refund. I won't ever go back there again......You should remember and I know I have the right place. A man did my nails and they began chipping before I even made it home. And a woman took them off. It was the most horrific experience.

I even mentioned that it was the best I'd received as I do this often. I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. They're fervent in their work. They helped me pick out the perfect color for my fingers. I always leave with nails I'm happy with. Definitely my new go to nail SALON!

This salon is hit or miss (mostly miss). The services are over priced. As you can see from my picture my nails are chipping & cracking.

Ok was disappointed more than once! I called they made it right or a least put forth the effort, my daughter and I I've been MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE NOW THEY ARE NICE!
I've had some to cast me a side because of I guess big tippers , but I made them get back there and finish , now 7/8/2017 was the last time ill spend money there , my eyebrows was not waxed right and my basic manicure wasn't done right I've even had better pedicures the, my bill was,$73 plus $5 tip the men do rush, $23 dollars they didn't earn I thought about calling n getting them to fix it and they probably would have but enough is enough ! N I'd rather pay more money somewhere else than to ever go there again and I'm asking my daughter to NOT GO AGAIN AS WELL! AND THE ONE STAR WAS JUST TO POST THIS MAD REVEIW! I TAKE THE STAR BACK , I GIVE NO STARS O RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a 2.9 rating that that says it

They lost me, a loyal customer for 4 years. All the times they’re out of color or Mis-labeled samples no problem because they’ve always been very nice and the shop is clean. I’ve been a loyal customer. But this last time was the LAST TIME. The nail tech was very rude and I could plainly tell her and the other tech were talking about me every time I would ask about a color or want her to modify the shape in any way. She was just very annoyed. Really ruined my experience. I did not enjoy it at all. LADIES: we go to the nail salon to relax for “me time”, not to be GOSSIPED ABOUT IN VIETNAMESE. Lol I tried my hardest to over look but not this time. I’m done.
