He's rude and wouldn't get off his phone, not to mention my gel was falling off or splitting in half within two days. Also the gel was dripping off my nails when he was doing them. Terrible service, NEVER AGAIN!!

Longest wait ever. I was running late Coming from work and I called to let them know. They said they’re busy and I asked if I were to still come would they make room for me. The lady simply had me on hold while I heard all this noise in the background and talking to a customer until I finally hung up. But that didn't stop me from coming because I had an event in a few hours. It seem like at my original time they wouldn’t have been ready for me anyways. Plus as a first timer, I didn’t get a warm greeting. I walked in and everyone just stared at me for a good 1 minute before offering help. The place isn’t very clean and worse yet, the lady did a terrible job. The polish work was extremely messy, the shape was inconsistent, and the gel was layered super thick. I even had to wait for the guy to do my design cuz she didn’t know how and he stopped doing the nails of another girl he was working on just to do it. It seems like he does the best work which is who I originally scheduled my appointment with but he was occupied and I was forced to get it done by the elderly woman. The gel didn’t even last but 3 days at most. The lady thought she was doing me a favor for giving me a discount but I would never come back. No thank you.

I walked in today and a person was finishing someone’s manicure and said “no manicures all day” like you are doing a manicure right now, never going back

I've been coming here off and on for about 6 months. I only go to Paris (a male) for my nails he's done a great job with my colors and crystals. I posted a few pics.
