I got my eyebrows waxed here today and she burned me. She didn’t let the wax cool at all and I told her it was too hot and she just kept using it without letting it cool. It ripped off at least two layers of skin and is now so burned and red. I will never go back here again. Absolutely terrible.

They do not specialize in acrylic nails they only have 2 colors pink and white
My nails came out uneven and lumpy. Some nails had a thin layer and others a thick layer. The owner started out speaking to us professionally and when I asked him what color powders he had he became irate with me. The nail tech didn't know what she was doing at all she should stick to pedicures.
I asked for a nail clipper to cut the unfinished job off and they refused.
Don't get me wrong there was 1 nail tech there that had a clue but they didn't allow her to do my nails. But if I'm paying for my nails to be done I expect that they be done right.
Not lumpy, not uneven, not having product under the nail, not evenly painted, not speaking about me in Vietnamese as if I don't have Google translate and that's the type of service I had. I feel discriminated in all ways and I'd never recommend this salon.

Got a pedicures here for 60.00 and my nail tech paid zero attention to what she was doing my heels look awful.

Was a loyal customer to this nail salon for years, refused to go anywhere else until I had scheduled an appointment for me and my friend for pedicures. My friend was from out of town and was not going to make it in time for the appointment and told me last minute. When I showed up without my friend, the owner or manager yelled at me in front of the whole salon telling me “that I must not know how a business is ran, and people like me Is why his business it hurting ” I tried to apologize for not knowing sooner to call but he continued to yell at me until I finally walked out. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Will not go back and want to spread the word.
