I went with my 2 daughters on Saturday late afternoon and had issues next day. This used to be my favorite especially for cleanliness and quality but no longer. Also, based on recent reviews asked upon scheduling for prices and we were charged about $40 higher. All of us received basic pedicures and varied manicures (1 basic, 1 no-chip, 1 acrylic full set). By Thursday all of us have badly chipped finger nails. 1 pedicure looks ok, one looks bad and the other looks weeks old (after just a few days of being at home). So disappointed. If you’re lucky enough to receive service from an experienced Luxis employee you may be ok but in general - TERRIBLE. Finally, nearly every option we asked for they advised the cannot do. No ombré, no tip glitter, etc. As result we all had standard boring polish. My cuticles are now in awful shape and jagged. I could have done a better job at home. Next time I will. I will never go back. So remorseful at HUGE waste of money for less than mediocre mani/pedi’s.

Loved Tony! He did my younger sisters nails for her birthday and made sure they were special and super pretty!!!

EXTRA Charge to sanitize due to Covid. I feel like they should have been cleaning this way before but honestly it was nothing different that they did before. Charges should be disclosed while making an appointment or before services. This would of been a 5 star because services were pleasant.

My nails were done for $40. The men who did my nails were amazing, they were very talkative and had amazing customer service. 5 stars for the customer service with the guys. My nails were coffin shape and were nice originally and looked beautiful. But within 24 hours 3 fell off and when I called to ask how much the repair, for 5 broken nails within 4 days. They said it would cost 20$ to repair, which is not acceptable. My nails didn’t last 1 day and I would have to pay 60$ in total. My nails fell off with ease and were poor quality.
