My hubby and I came here for the first time to spend some pre-valentines day qt together. We were thoroughly impressed with the ambience and customer service. We had the deluxe pedicures and I had a manicure. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep! We were both impressed by their awesome level of expertise and perfectionism. We will definitely be going back in the future!!

This was a nice place, big, spaceous and elegant. Friendly staff, good service and they also played nice relaxing music while I was there. I went in for a pedicure, was a walk-in, there was no wait. I picked my color and was immediately seated and received a hot neck wrap and was offered a drink. They brought me a card with the pedicure options on it and I chose the hot stone. This was a very nice experience and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the worst salon ever!! Did the girl have somewhere to go!? What was the rush. It’s like she didn’t want me there. These are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life I told her I wanted long nails and the only long nail I got was on my ring finger!! My nails look so bad I want to cry. I spent over 50 dollars for this nonsense like are you serious. You need to be stripped from your nail license. This is unacceptable!! I will never come back to this place.

I decided to get my nails done here before my wedding because we had a great experience when we got out nails done for my best friend's wedding back in March. The only negative from that visit was that the gel nail only lasted 4 days before chipping. For this visit, the booking process was easy. I just contacted the spa through Facebook and further communicated via text. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the owner. I showed the owner what I was looking for as far as our nail design [red glitter (think Dorothy's ruby slippers) nail tip with a silver line]. She showed me a bottle of nail polish and said the color "was exactly what I was looking for." I told her that I was hoping for something with more glitter but she said that when the the nails were given two layers of color they would be glittered. She said that was the closest she had to the picture. We were placed in one of the pedicure chairs. My matron of honor and I chose to get the Spa Pedicure, which is supposed to include a massage. The girl did run a sugar scrub on my leg for a few seconds but I would not call it a massage. The parrafin wax on the feet was really nice though. When I went her for my best friend's wedding (my matron of honor) I had the hot stone pedicure, which was amazing and she had the Spa Pedicure, which she said was way better last time than it was this time. The other person who received a pedicure said hers was decent but nothing to rave about. Of the 5 of us who got our nails done, 3 got acrylics with the same red tip with silver line design. One did the same design on her natural nail using her own polish and the other did a nail dip. When my nails were getting filed, the nail file actually filed into my skin on both sides of my finger causing my finger to bleed. She kept putting some blue liquid on the cuts. I do not know if it was supposed to stop the bleeding or what but the solution burned. Then when she was actually putting the acrylic nail solution onto the fake nail, some of that solution got into the cut as well which burned. That nail is partially stained with blood now. The polish that was chosen seemed old. It did not go on smoothly. It was not glittered at all and not the color red I was really wanting. It has some metal flakes in it, which come off and reveal silver underneath. The metal flakes started coming off almost immediately. The polish started chipping on my toes and on my matron of honor's fingers that night. For all of us that got regular polish on our nails, the girls often missed parts of the nail when polishing and/or placing the silver line. I am happy that from a distance the terrible nail job isn't noticeable in any pictures. I can say that I will not be going there again. The nail dip that my mother in law got was the exact color I was looking for in my nail color and had the exact glittery effect I wanted. I just wished I had noticed it before I got my nails polished. PS-I have had acrylics before and had them applied at the spa inside Walmart (did so for years). I have had better polish jobs there and have never bled before.

Always clean, friendly, nice staff! Gentle manicurists as opposed to alot of other places on the west bank! The owner Lynn is a very sweet personable lady!
