My nail tech is Brea. She is amazing and I have been using her for my nails over a year now. She makes sure I am educated on taking proper care of my nails and does great lasting quality work and designs! I won't go to anyone else.

I’ve come here quite a few times before. I called and asked when a specific tech would be available so that I could schedule with her per usual. I was told to come in and she would take me. I got there and was told she was doing someone else’s nails. I stated that I called and asked specifically for her and instead of attempting to rectify the situation the guy became argumentative. I was given someone else who was awful. Horrible/ uneven shaping, I left with polish all over my fingers, and my gel polish was already chipped when I made it home. I called in due to the chipping and was rudely told to just come back. When I returned i was pointed to a chair and suddenly no one spoke English and an apology was never expressed . I can get over a bad set but I can’t get over poor customer service

The floors were so dirty. I did dip on my nails. She did a horrible job. They were way too thick and uneven. They were not shaped well, and when I asked her if she could fix them, she made it seem like it was a big deal. There are many other much better places than here for a similar or cheaper price.

I was visiting from Cali and decided to get my nails done cos it was close to the hotel I was staying at. Staff was nice but I am disappointed in fact that my dipping powder didn’t last.The pic of my nails is barely 2 weeks in and look how much space already . I also had my lashes done by this sweet girl but a lot fell off within the first week. I think for $150 I should get better lashes. Did I mention the eyebrow tinting that she did for me only lasted a few hours? I returned the next day to have it redone but it was a good as applying eye brow pencil on my own and it didn’t last past 24 hrs. For the money spent I think it was overpriced and service not built to last.
