My first time going this morning and I must say Jolie is my new nail tech! I’ve searched high and low for a good nail tech in Raleigh and she is the first that took her time to details and I didn’t have to tell her she missed this or that. I cut my acrylic nails down to a natural look which is unusual for me being I like them on the longer length. But I love them and will be going back. The place is gorgeous and well kept.

The lady that goes by Kim has done my pedicure two times. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional and truly takes pride in her work. She wants to please you and does a great job with her knowledge of the trade. Please ask for her if you need a pedicure. I think you will be extremely satisfied with her work.

I went in for the first time today. It was a wonderful experience. Such a beautiful place. Bingo did an awesome job on my nails. The location is great because its 10 minutes away from my house.

I have been very disappointed with my experiences here. I specifically asked for gel nails (not the polish) and got acrylic. I asked for gel so that my maintenance would be every three weeks instead of two which is recommended for gel. Not keeping up with the nail industry, I thought what she was using may have been a new product, disappointingly it was not. Although I reiterated gel she said yes and that was not what I got. The nail quality always looked good despite not being what I requested. On my first visit I experienced 2 nail lifts and breakages in 2 weeks. When I returned to the same tech I did the repairs and gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2 weeks after the fill-in I had 4 lifts and 4 breaks. I felt that was excessive and unacceptable. Not to mention at check out I was charged for gel nails and received acrylic. I would advise at checkout to ask what you are being charged for and if you ask for gel nails be sure they apply the gel nail builder not acrylic. Sadly I will not be returning. ☹

What a wonderful experience! I only had a very short wait and the staff were lovely!! My feet look amazing. Thank you so much. I will definitely be going back!
