I was told not to go here, but I wanted to try it for myself. I wish I hadn't wasted the money. A younger girl did my mani/pedi and went nuts on my cuticles. Made me have many hangnails which I did not have before. When I told her it hurt, she went on a tangent about how they have to be trimmed in order to look nice and that she would try to not make me bleed. Gee thanks. Then she put the polish on so thick that 3 hours later it was still tacky. I had to take it off because it kept smudging hours later. During the pedicure, she did not do the foot and leg massage with lotion like every other place has done and kept looking over at the television while she was working on my cuticles. How about watching where you're putting the sharp tool near my skin. Then the mom started telling me that I needed to come in for a no-chip manicure next time. I told her that I'd had one in the past and that I did not like them, but she kept insisting that I needed to come back. I finally told her that I change my polish too often and that it wasn't worth the money, just to get her off of my back. When I went to pay, I STILL tipped her and when I signed my receipt her mom made a snarky comment in another language because I did not tip more. She was lucky she got anything at all. I will NEVER go here again. I'm glad some people have had good luck, but first impressions are everything in business and this place gave me an awful first impression.
