Top notch service! Merry is so talented and professional. She is so easy to talk to, you feel like you’re just out hanging with one of the girls. She’s also very knowledgeable. If you’re not sure what color or style to get, Merry got you. She offers the best advice!

I love Love LOVE getting my nails done here, I always feel welcome and Merry takes her time and always does exactly as I ask, checks in, and makes sure I am happy with the final product!

The wait was about 15 minutes for pedicures, ethic was fine, they had us go soak our feet in the massage chairs while we waited for our turn. The wait was more like 45 minutes in the chairs. It was super hot in there, which may be because the mall controls the temperature. They gave us room temperature water while we were waiting. Another lady came in after we did, when the lady doing pedicures was done, she told us that she was "told" to do that lady before us, even though we were there before her. It's possible she had an appointment and we were just walk-ins, but she didn't say anything about that. The man that finally did my pedicure was nice enough but he kept cutting the skin by the nail, even after he painted. He filed my nails after they were painted and kept cutting so much skin, it made me bleed. It was like torture instead of a relaxing experience. Would not recommend. Attached a pic of the bleeding toe and the not so great paint job.
