I am giving them a three because I like their practices with pedicures. I think if you get a pedicure and manicure here you will be just fine. Their acrylic on the other hand is a no go. I was excited to go here because of the reviews and how long it takes to get it in they must be good right? They are on the pricey end of nails and are increasing their prices so my expectations were a little higher. Very inconsistent work on the nails. The acrylic crumbles right off the fingers. I have had mine on for about a week now 5 areas in which the acrylic just came off essentially crumbling. In addition to that twice now I have schedule a pedicure and it has not happen. The first time was due to scheduling errors and the second time the technician just could not get to it. This is the 3rd time that I went there and I think three times is enough when I keep getting the same results.

(Superb service, very accommodating) This was my first visit to the Nailry for a pedi. I was greeted by every employee who saw me and offered my choice of beverages twice!
My technician was Rosalia and before she began, she acknowledged it was my first time and explained the process of how they sanitize their instruments to ensure safety. She helped me to feel relaxed, really listened and was very personable. I especially like the private rooms for pedicures. Rosalia even said that since she did not have another appointment, she would be happy to do a manicure. I declined but appreciated her 'no pressure' offer.
I have booked my next appointment.

Just visited the Nailry for the first time! My daughter wanted her nails done for Homecoming and we made an appointment. The owner Beth called us the morning of the appointment to let us know the nail tech was out sick and she would have to reschedule but when I explained it was Homecoming and her only time available she actually re-arranged her own schedule to make room for us. She greeted us warming when we arrived, offered us water or coffee and took wonderful care of my high schooler. She made her feel very special. thanks so much Beth. We will be back!
