I got the tip and dip. They were beautiful! I only give them 3 starts because the guy cut me. He was too rough w the file machine. I don't think I will be going back.

I can only come on Sundays, and I’ve been coming here for 8-10 years. They open at 11 a.m. This is the second time I’ve come and had to wait an hour for the techs to arrive, and I’m told they’re in traffic. I’ve watched at least 6-7 customers leave. The few people here are nice and working hard, but ever since Cindy left this place is poorly managed and staffed and they’ve increased their prices. Too bad, I used to love it here but I’m going to have to find a new place.

Horrible customer service! The VERY next day after getting my nails done & a pedicure, I had to come back. I paid $10 for 2 designs, only for the rhinestone to come off in my sleep. Then the polish on my feet never dried. I came back only to wait over an hour as if it was my fault, after being told it would be 10-15 mins, about 7 times. I will never be back or refer anyone.

***ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***
I have been going to this place for about 2 years and really didn't have complaints until last night! I took my daughter to get our nails done and when we got there it was pretty packed which was fine and we didn't mind waiting the hour that we did. My daughter got her nails done by Johnny and they came out wonderful. Johnny is the one I normally go to as well but they were super busy so I was fine going to a new tech (Katy). I went in for a refill and the powder color I had was maroon and wanted to refill with a blue. As I was waiting to get my refill done Johnny asked me what color I was going to get so I showed him and he said it shouldn't be a problem. As Katy was doing my nails I noticed she was leaving them NICKEL sized thick or thicker! I politely asked her " Are they going to be this thick?" and she said " Yes, because I need to cover up the maroon." I let her work on my nails a little longer in hopes she would shave them down some but she wasn't so I asked politely if I could get another tech to work on my nails. Katy got upset and yanked the towel from under my hands and was yelling something in Chinese and took off her apron and stormed off. The tech next to her (Kay) asked what was wrong and I told him and he told me he would fix it. But as he is trying to fix the problem he was giving me attitude and when I asked for her name he got all defensive and told me "If you want her name ask her she is right behind you." He ended up telling me her name. By this time it was 9 at night and they close at 7:30 that just shows you how busy they were. It was just my daughter and myself with about 5 to 6 techs there. As I was getting my nails fixed I had one tech sitting on the side of me just staring at me and the other ones directly behind me speaking in Chinese and I'm sure they were talking about me. As Kay was fixing my nails he was just shaking his head and huffing and puffing as he was doing my nails. I mentioned to Kay that when Johnny did my nails he wouldn't leave my nails as thick as Katy did and he told me not to compare techs and I should have just waited on Johnny to do my nails. I told him that Johnny was doing my daughters nails and that's why I had to use Katy and he said "Well you should let your daughter come to Katy." in which I replied "I don't want my daughters nails to be all messed up. Look how great hers turned out" I was so upset on how I was being treated so horribly and I couldn't say anything. I felt as if I were to say something I would get attacked (verbally) by all of them since there wasn't any other customers . We will not be going back. If you decide to go I recommend Johnny only.
