They make it their business to get the chance to put a face to the name great customer service. Ashley was the receptionist she answer the phone with care. Making the client happy and comfortable. She held her word she was really helpful.. I recommend you to get this experience. I waited when I got there Ashley offered a drink. Very courteous and professional.

I’m newer to Gainesville and needed to find a stylist so I took a chance here & had a great experience. Kristen took her time and my hair turned out better than anyone ever did. Not only did she do great with the color, the styling after was the icing on the cake. If you need color, book her! She took extra steps to make my hair better and I loved the authenticity of the salon and the crew. Kristen, Toya, and Cliff kept me entertained and laughing the whole time I was there. The salon has a nice vibe w/ a lot of laughs and smiles.

David was my barber, let me tell you I have been looking for a great cut. Some of the shops around town do good cuts, but the price is insane. This is the best shop in gainesville. Exceptonial service, David took time to get to know me as a person and was polite and professional. I would highly reccomend you give this shop a try, you will not be disappointed.

Went to meet a new stylist name Kenya today at the Coconuts Salon & Barbershop. She was very professional and polite. I went from permed hair to a natural cut I had her to cut all my hair off and I love it. I am starting a new journey in my life and what's uh better way by starting with your hair. I will definitely be going back. Oh yeah and my hair wash was the bomb the water temperature was just right not too hot, not to cold.. the atomsphere was also very inviting from the time I walked in till the time I was on my way.. Thanks Kenya and David for a job well done! 💯👍💯👍💛💛💛

I recently visited Coconuts to start my dreads and it was a wonderful experience!! ReRa was so professional and had great plans for my natural hair journey. She did an excellent job and I have been getting compliments for days! I will definitely be going back for all my dreadlock needs! The shop was clean, spacious, and full of positive vibes hands down the best shop I have been to in Gainesville!
