I go here all the time. I never have problems. They take credit/debit cards so it is really convenient. They do all the fancy stuff. I just get simple mani pedi gel. Price is great. 4 stars only because the place looks a little run down. But I guess that's how they keep the prices down. I would recommend this place if you want your nails done, fancy or plain, and cheap.

I use to go all of the time until I moved to N OLA. Now whenever I'm in LA it's my first stop. Nice work and nice people.

I'm sitting in this shop now after having to return the day after initial service. I'm new to SoCal and I'm shopping around for a nail salon...this won't be in.
First: I had to wait over an hour for the tech to arrive. I got in at 1:00pm, was told the tech would arrive at 1:30pm. At 1:35pm the tech called to say she would arrive in 10mins....she walked in at 2:05...
As if that wasn't bad enough!
I went in for a fill on acrylic nails and brought in a photo of the exact shape I desired to make things simple and somehow I wound up with a completely different shape.
One of my nails was clearly misshapen and resembled a duck bill.
Another bent the evening I got them done and caused a break far down on the nail bed which was painful. I wasn't even aware acrylic nails could bend.
All in all. This place is pretty disasterous. I hear their manicures are good but I won't be trying for myself.
First and last visit!
Update: The day after the fix...the nail fell off. Seriously just FELL off. Called to let them know, spoke with the woman who did the work and once I explained the situation the line went dead.
Avoid this place like the plague! Cheap materials and even cheaper work.
