I always love how my nails end up looking every time and the gel manicure really does last me up to 2 weeks no chipping, but Each visit varies. There’s been times when I had a great experience, and others not so great. One thing that really does irk me is when get my pedicure they always up sale you on “deluxe” pedicure, when in reality there’s no difference between regular and deluxe. Once you tell them regular pedicure their demeanor does change. A positive thing is that they do have a lot of colors to choose from and offer various services.

Wow! My experience started off great, but towards the end all I wanted was my cuticle cut. This is the first time this has happened I felt disrespected as a paying customer if we ask for s service it should be done. I will not ever return here ever. The greatest place to Go is REGAL NAILS ON JOHN YOUNG. I don't ever write reviews wow!!!! Customer service is not the greatest.
Even my pedicure was not to standard 30.00 dollars she left the skin on my toes. I am not one to complain, but we just all want to be respected and receive excellent customer service

Awful place. Messed up everyone’s fingernails. I wish I had gotten their names. My daughter’s nails started peeling within 10 hours and all she did was eat dinner and sleep. Another girl refused to do acrylic nails on my daughter-in-law because she “didn’t know how” and refused to allow someone who did do it. She also did poor job with pedicure, cutting skin and making Both she and my son bleed. One girl did good pedicure on me, I didn’t get manicure. I didn’t find out about the problems until later after I pod and left. I certainly would have complained. They didn’t perform as expected for the amount paid and certainly did not earn a tip except for the girl who did my feet.

Bebe nails & spa have been at the Osceola village plaza for over ten years. The staff at Bebe nail & spa hold customer service as their priority. Their work represent a craft master over the course of ten years of service.

I was a consistent customer for over 6 months at ML Pro Nails Spa on Osceola pkwy and I love the owner, Lynn, she is such a sweet person. However, one of her employees began to decline with her attitude and always seemed bothered. My sister picked up the same vibe too the times that she went and even my boss who I recommended to go there said the same. So I decided to take a break and come here, plus it's much closer to my house. My sister recommended Tammy, the owner, and she is amazing! She's fast but very efficient and perfectionist. I have been doing SNS nails for a little less than a year and I have to say this is my third time doing them at BEBE nails and they DO NOT CRACK! They can even last me 4-5 weeks if the growth gap didn't bother me. At the other salon, unfortunately my nail would start peeling from underneath the corners since they start curving in as they get longer and I'd always have a chipping or cracking if they didn't do three or more coats of the powder. At BEBE I noticed they use a pink powder (it's actually white) and it adds extra protection plus the SNS grows along with the shape of my nails. Another plus is that they always have good movies playing. I haven't tried any other tech and I'm very picky, that's just me, so Tammy is my girl! AND it's the same price as the other salon, $35. Only con is you always have to have cash in order to tip.
