Been here a few times with good results, yet when I follow up (the next day with a receipt) with an unfortunate situation due to poor service on a pedicure they justified and offered a reason why my heels on both feet were sore cracked and bleeding. Basically they used a razor on my heels and took too much skin off. I will have to deal with the discomfort of their mistake for weeks and I am angry because I paid them to do this. I wanted a full refund. No avail. They did offer to give me a $10 gift card to use on a future visit. Not professional, poor customer service when it really matters.

Nail Care by Katie is excellent! They do a fantastic job! My nails always look great and the pricing is very affordable! I highly recommend!!

Just moved to Jenison and wanted to go somewhere local. Lin was Fantastic!!! She spent the time needed to make my short nails look amazing. Such a difference from the powder I had 2 weeks before at Bliss in Grandville! I’ll be back!!!

I can always count on great service with exceptional results. I've been to other salons and they don't cut it. I now drive 76 miles for services at Katie's. No one compares.

Very professional people Katie's Nails is very friendly and does a very good job on fingernails and toenails.
