I had a horrible experience here. I have been getting my hair dyed since I was 14 years old (I am in my mid twenties now) and have never been unhappy with my hair until now. I get these are students and I am not upset with the student, I'm upset with the teacher. I had my brows done, the girl gave me a nice shape but there where a bunch of strays that I had to pluck when I got home. The instructor looked her work over and said it was a good job. The girl did an excellent job with my color, but butchered my hair. The instructor was such in a rush to get me out the door that she cut my bangs and did my layers. The instructor did a horrible job. She cut my bangs way too short and when I told her it was too short she said "I didn't know it was going to pop up on me." Ya think?! On top of it all they advertise $20 a color, $8 a cut and $5 a brow wax. They charged me $73 for everything! I was so upset about the whole experience I didn't even debate it, I wish I would have now because I got ripped off. They didn't style my hair and the next day when I straightened my hair I dicovered how horribly uneven it is. I have been to a couple other schools and always left satisfied. I will never go here again. I would rather spend $40 more and go to Ulta where I know they will do a good job and style my hair after a cut and color. Seriously that is the LEAST you can do when you are spending that much money in a salon!

I love this place... Even tho they take a while to get it done and may mess up but they are learning, I respect that.

Took my girlfriend 5 hours for a dye and trim from some girl called Mor. Absolutely ridiculous
