I love it here. Helen is awesome. Kevin is a master and I see Amy who is very good as well. Everyone in the shop is great actually. If you need crazy nails- with swavorski crystals, crazy designs etc, this isn't the shop for you but a good clean nail shop it is!

I was here in Pontiac for my father and I went in for a fill and 2 fixes but never received service. They had me pick out my color and sat me in a chair and then nothing. They didn't say anything about how long it would be but every time a Caucasian came in, they got right on them. I even left and came back and they still had me waiting. I watched the nail polisher guy put on 4 coats of gel polish which is ridiculous because all it takes it two. I seen two black women who could be pass for white so I guess I didn't look like money and I was too dark for their time. I wouldn't advise any one to go here. Not friendly or professional towards minorities. Remove the walk-ins accepted off your door if all you take is appointments.
A-1 nail response was unacceptable and unprofessional because it says on your door walk ins are accepted. You should have a tech available for for walk ins.

They do quality work. I always have Helen do my manicure and she does a superb job. Their prices are very reasonable!!!

Love this place and Tony is my absolute favorite because he slays your nails to look natural, not all thick and unevenly shaped like some salons. He also takes his time unlike many salons who merely want to hurry up and push you out of the door for the sake of quantity, as opposed to quality!
