The worst.....don’t waste your money! If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I showed the technician a picture of long almond shaped nails asking if he can replicate them, he says no problem then asks “want them that long” I told him yes I want them just like the picture. Nope not what I got, he cut them short and before he put the acrylic I told him they look way to short...he said they will look better once the acrylic is on them. No No No they are short and horrible. I wish I could post photos to prove my point. Don’t waste your money also not to mention another customer was there to get her toenails painted and they filled the bowl for a pedicure and told them “oh no I just want them painted” she then asked if she can rinse her feet off real quick and they told her no because they would have to use a liner and charge her for a pedicure! The customer service ever!

Horrible experience... On 12/31/17 paid for shelac manicure, that should last at minimum 10 days. On 1/3/18 the shelac on one nails comes off, 1/4/18 two other nails fall off. I go in on 1/5/18 the redo my entire right hand but only do the thumb on my left hand. On 1/16/18 another nail from my left hand fall off. I go back in they repair the nail, but refuse to repair the other 3 nails until they fall off. I explained I dont have time to go to the nail shop everyday, and yet they still refuse to repair them. I will never go back for shelac, they do not know what they are doing. Extremely Poor customer service.

We always try our best to do the best services for customers. In the weekend, we can't handle sometimes. If you are our regular clients, you will know why. We wanna do good service for you with no rushing. Hopefully you will understand that for us. I am very appreciate it.

second time there-both times mani and pedi. looks like i did it myself! gloppy and streaky. topcoat covering my cuticles. both my daughter and i walked out feeling like chumps, because we remembered that our only other experience together doing this was here! and we had the exact same feelings. we don't get mani/pedis, we just don't make the time and it isn't a priority. crappy experience and waste of money.
