My fiance bought my engagement ring there. We had to send it off to get sized and it took 3 weeks. Got it back and two weeks later a diamond fell out so now I'm without my engagement ring another 3 weeks. They are standing by their product & fixing it so that's good but it's upsetting they have had my ring longer than I have since I got it.

Love jcpenney price and coupons. The clothes are cute and stylish. Something for everyone. My husband is big and tall and they even have things for him.

This is one of the smaller JCPenney's in the area. I will say they do have a nice selection of kids clothes coma men's clothes and purses. I Bunch several jewelry pieces from there that I'm very happy with. If you can get the coupons and figure out the deals you can get some pretty good Bargains on clothes.

Something about the store always seemed to turn me away, but they have recently added a lot of organizational things and have expanded their clearance spot (which is ankways a plus) good place.
