My wife and daughter were looking for a "good" and "descent" place for an outing. We are from Sutherlin and according to my wife and 3 girls, finding a nail salon is difficult. We found many nail salons on Yelp and were impressed with the reviews. We called Saturday morning and Jenny the owner said they were booked. We asked if she could refer us to a good place, she rearranged her schedule to accommodate my girls. The service was impeccable, professional, clean, and as a father watching and paying, I was impressed. Both my wife and daughter said this is the place. We are going back every time we are in Roseburg. As soon as next week. My daughter said, "can we please have one of these in Grand Prairie?" Great location, again clean, friendly and not the location to keep "upgrading" you on everything.

After so many bad reviews, I was hesitant to go to this salon. But it was the only one open on a Sunday and I was desperate! I got a pedicure and no, it wasn’t the best pedicure I have ever had, but it was a roughly $20 pedicure. There was definitely some paint on my skin that I picked off. You get what you pay for. My toes are painted and my feet feel soft, it’s been over a week and no signs of fungus anywhere. The guy was friendly enough, he was the only one working and there were only two other people there so I didn’t have to wait long for a walk in pedicure. So! You won’t die (I hope) but don’t expect a high quality pedicure you might get at a high end salon.

I’ve had acrylic nails for literally 30 years and I have NOT ever had a fill this bad. This is day 3 and I still have 5 red fingers that hurt to touch. There was no hurry, no customers waiting and still 7 YES I said 7 different fingers cut. If I could a 0/10 I would.

They had one customer and told me they were booked up for the day. She could've told me that on the phone but didn't. Dont waste your time.

Terrible! I got my nails done today, they were rough, so rough that they made my nails bleed. They were rushed, there was spots on my nails that they didn't cover, I asked for a specific nail shape and they did the opposite. I normally don't complain but it was overpriced for the job they did definitely will NOT be going back.
