Elinor the office manager is amazing, I've lived at many apartments and have never had one as great as her. Always friendly, and takes care of anything you need. Freddy the maintenance man always fixes things immediately and gets everything going and working smoothly! Great place to live!

I am a current resident here. I love it. The office lady, Eli, is super nice. The maintenance guys are great. Repairs usually get done within 24 hours of being reported. The property is really clean. This includes the fitness center and washeteria. I lived here in 2006 for a year and had such a great experience, so it was a no brain when I decided to move from the house I was living at, where I wanted to go. I highly recommendrecommend for anyone looking for a nice affordable ALL BILLS PAID, home.

Lived here for a year and a half and was all-around very impressed. Ellie in the front office was always welcoming and friendly. Maintenance was very responsive. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I do not suggest anyone to live here. Not only is it below standards, when the maintenance left a gas line open and it got struck by lightening and we went without gas for 2 wks and unable to contact the office or maintenance due to them not changing their phones over the answering service then left it uncovered 2 more weeks to possibly happen again they tried to underestimate the gas leak. Then a huge flood at my neighbors as she came to me for help. I called 911 both times. You are NOT ALLOWED to call 911 in the event if an emergency as it says on the phone. I was not allowed to renew my lease due to there negligent acts. Also the maintenance man is creepy and was coming into my apartment without leaving notice of what he was doing as the lease states he should do. Also I had to clean the apt when I moved in it was filthy. When I left the apt immaculate definitely much cleaner than I moved into that kept $80 for cleaning. Basically just ripped me off to not even have to clean it. It was ready to move in except for carpet cleaning. I do NOT recommend this as a place to live and feel safe. They now changed the name to Palm something but I do plan to turn them into the TAA.

I am incredibly happy at this apartment complex. Living here the last six months have been great. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making it feel more like a relaxed home environment rather than a cold, formal front office space. I look forward to staying here for much longer with my family!
