I have been to this salon twice. Both times I have had great service. Today, I had my nails done (gel), the nail tech, I think her name is Christi, was so good. What attention to details. Then not only did I have a great hand massage with warm moist towel wrap, but I also go a mini neck massage that was out of this world. I am only here through March but definitely will be going back.

I went on a rainy day the service there was slow I was waiting for a good 20 minutes to get my pedicure. When I got it they didn’t give me any water or clean my feet. I am eleven and got an adult pedicure they didn’t give me water or clean my feet they gave it to every other person there but not me. When I ask for a crab design they say they can’t when I ask for a starfish they say no but I can do a star. They do the star but don’t put on the protection gel so after words part of my star comes off my friend asked for one line as a design they said yes I can do that then they gave her three lines and got the polish on her toes but didn’t wipe it off. My friend even asked for the lines to be white but they said no it won’t show my friend then said I want White the lady says no it won’t show but her color of polish was yellow so it would show so in the end my friend gets green lines.

We have never been treated with such disrespect as this place. We called as soon as they opened at 11:00 and was told that their first available
appointments for 2 pedicures were for 4:00 so we booked them. I called again at 3:00 as we were around the corner and was told they could not take us early but would be on time for us to arrive for our 4:00 appointments. We arrived at 3:55 and were told to pick a color. While we were picking a color 2 other separate groups of patrons arrived saying they had JUST called for 4:00 appointments . The staff chose to seat both groups BEFORE us even though we called 5 hours earlier when they opened. The managers or owners (not sure who they were) just ignored the fact that we were there first and called way in advance. When they sensed our frustration the lady said "have a seat in those 2 chairs and relax" and pointed to 2 pedicure chairs. She did not even bother to fill the soaking bowl for us to soak our feet. We chose to ignore her suggestion which did not phase them. After another 10 minutes as I got up to cross our name off the check in list the gentleman says wait we will be with you in a minute, I asked how long and he stared at me. Obviously we left. I understand being busy and running behind but blatantly ignoring patrons and taking others that arrived after is NOT acceptable. All they had to do was communicate. Needless to say we have appointments at their competitor tomorrow!

Nails got tiny bubbles as soon as they dried. I was told they didn’t have matte for regular polish and I needed to do gel nails if I wanted it. When I said no they miraculously found the regular paint matte. Then was bullied into picking a color and had two of the nail techs snicker the whole time one of them was doing my nails. Walked out upset about the experience and immediately took off the color when I got home.

Very very pleased with our services. Me, my husband and daughter all got pedicures and they were amazing. Lots of rubbing and added the hot stones for $5. Money well spent. Also got two filliins and very satisfied. Will be coming back.
