Hello Nails is definitely my new nail salon. Everyone was so sweet and spoke very clearly. They understood exactly what I told them I wanted and I got a gorgeous design on one of my nails. I will absolutely be coming back!

Most of the time there is a wait, but it's worth it. Techs are friendly and they do a great job with shaping. They also have a large variety of colors to choose from.

Was told there would be a 30 minute wait for the gel manicure to happen... it was an hour before someone saw me. A woman signed herself in and then tried to get her friend in at the same time who wasn’t signed up and they let it happen! I got skipped, rushed through the job. Just wish there was a better system and weren’t as rushed.

I've been going here since they opened. They have great customer service and they do a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
