For two weeks straight, I have been under the weather. So when I finally started feeling better, I decided to treat myself to a nice pedicure. I didn't feel like traveling over the mountain, so I decided to locate one on my side of town. I found Fancy Nails in the Festival Shopping Center near Burlington, and decided to give them a try.
They are a smaller shop, much like the size of one of Regal Nail salons in Walmart. Their equipment is updated and clean and they offer many different services to enhance your visit. I opted for the deluxe pedicure that included about a 15-20 minute soak, sugar scrub, cooling mask, hot towels, honey butter lotion and all the basic stuff you normally get with a pedi. With this service you are offered complimentary wine or water. Compared with the services you get and the price, I think it's an awesome value.
The older lady who did my service was great and I was very pleased with the finished job. My legs and feet felt like silk and my baby pink polish was perfect. I could tell she was pleased with her work as well and was very conscientious about it. I appreciate that. There were several ladies waiting to be serviced, but I didn't feel as if I was rushed.
Their health score was a 95. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and feel like I received high end service for a great price. While they do not offer some of the fancy options such as hot stone massages or organic products, I am ok with that. I will be a repeat customer.

Called to check the price for a pedicure. The lady that quoted me would have been more helpful if she had included the fact that they were only accepting cash payments. I drove all the way to this place of business only to find that out as I walked up to the entrance. Upset with the waste of gas but I'm just taking my business to another place. I would advise anyone reading these comments to ask for the employees that were noted as "good", ask what payments are accepted, ask what time are they closing "today", and anything else your spirit leads you to ask. Do that before driving here or just find another place to get your hands and feet pampered.

My second time going for a pedi and mani. They are all very cool and funny. My nails turned out great both time!! My pedi was better the first time. Overall, I like this place.

The older lady who apparently doesn't speak any nice, clear diction, prefers to use hand language. She throws your items around, pushes your fingers and or hands in the direction insinuated, instead of using nice words and friendly gestures. Although I paid for my services, I refuse to tip someone with an unpleasant attitude. My tip for her is to smile, greet her clients before they greet her ("Hi" is only one syllable), and if she is not happy with mani/pedis, her calling may be in another area. She actually did a pretty good job on my nails, yet when it came to massaging my legs, she was very mechanical. Put your heart in what you do or you get NO MONETARY TIP FROM ME! I LOVE the lady who does my eyebrows! She, (older lady), could learn a lot from the eyebrow lady in the personality department.

Nail 31 and Libby's nails both done a horrible job on my toes. I came here and asked if they could fix it. They done better than I ever expected them to. Thank you so much for turning my toes from hell into pretty feet again. I will never go anywhere else!!!!
