Just moved to the Winston area this week and had chosen Utopia based on all the great reviews I had read online. The employees are very professional, the salon is beautiful and clean, and they made me feel right at home. Morgan provided very personalized treatment and is very meticulous about her work. She gave my hair the attention it needed: color refreshing, conditioning, and a great cut and style. I have never felt more beautiful walking out of a salon. She also gave me a facial hot towel wrap and arm/hand massage while my hair conditioned, and it was included with my service! Utopia uses Aveda products. Morgan educated me on the purpose of each one that she used, then made some suggestions, but was never pushy about getting a sale. Prices are very reasonable, and they give a 20% discount on your first visit. So happy I found Utopia, can't wait to go back!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! My wife had apt a few weeks ago requesting a new style. They ended up thinning the hair but only on the bottom portion making her hair fall out. They didn’t style because it was 10 more dollars and the stylist didn’t have time she had another apt. So my wife had a new hair cut and style with no way to fix it because we just moved and didn’t have her curling irons out! She was upset and cried for days!

Moved to Clemmons about a year ago and have had a difficult time finding a salon locally that does a great job. Morgan is professional, calm, and listens. I just had my second service done and I not only am extremely happy with the results but even strangers comment on how great my hair looks. LOVE!

Courtney did an amazing job and my long bob and balayage. It was a little bit out of my comfort zone but she worked wonders on my hair and I love it!!

I love this salon! I’ve been coming here for my hair since we moved to Winston over 5 years ago. I see Ally and have loved everything she’s done. In fact my husband and children see her as well! I also love their spa. I see Leslie there and she’s fantastic. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Utopia to anyone looking for a Salon/Spa in the area.
