My first visit a few weeks ago I got my eyebrows done and they looked so amazing that I decided to go back and get my nails done as well. I’m new to the area so I’m still trying to find my go-to spots. Today, Tina was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She took her time and made sure all of the lines on my French manicure were straight and even. I will 10/10 be coming to Dep nail spa from now on. Thank you so much for my amazing nails, Tina!

Both my manicure and pedicure came out OK, however, I felt that Sue was rushing the process, kept looking at the door, when there is obviously nobody by the door, waiting. But then, a lot of nail techs tend to do that so it's understandable, I guess. But rushing the process made her very rough. I would go with other nail tech next time. This is the second time that they offered to upgrade the pedicure service (while already sitting on the chair) and when I refused, their tone just totally changed and provided OK pedicure service. That definitely makes your clients feel certain type of way. Maybe I've been to such good nail SPA salons before with outstanding nail techs but since I had to relocate, here I am. And also, this is the first nail salon that I'd have to say how much I'd tip rather than writing it down on the receipt. But I guess to put clients on the spot and expect reasonable tip is doable. However, it doesn't phase me. I'd still loudly say how much I'd tip while even being repeated by the host. It is really just such a downer. The place is beautiful though. I'll only go next time around because I live around the area, saves me some time. I hope nothing but success for this place but I do feel I need to express this one service experience I just had.

I liked my manicure a lot, the colors were pretty. Felt rushed when told to pick one out and whole thing felt rushed. I understand that it’s their job to try and get the customers to buy more but I really didn’t want a manicure and was basically told I needed one after saying no twice. It’s like they didn’t take no for an answer. That’s my only issue. Really pretty inside. Front desk lady was nice and the women who did my mani was nice as well. EDIT my nails chipped and I’ve only had them for three days. Gel. Never chip when I go to my nail salon!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE experience & a lot of UNNECESSARY back-and-forth with Front desk girl.. She’s flat out RUDE! Came in excited to try the place out, this is not the first time I’ve ever had my nails done? but the front desk made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about.. finally she just told me to have a seat and STILL told nail tech something different. Then Had to STOP nail tech and tell her what I wanted Who seem to understood me FIRST TIME I told her, which only validated that I wasn’t crazy? Nail tech called over front desk and we went back-and-forth AGAIN.. so now the front desk is now standing over me telling me that what I told her was incorrect.. Meanwhile the nail tech is still doing my nails? It all made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So yeah HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Immaculate establishment. Staff is very attentive. Peter is amazing and thorough and funny and everything you’d want in a manicurist. I definitely recommend!
