I am ashamed by your lack of professionalism. You treated us like you couldn't be bothered. I can never forget the look on my daughter's face when three women sitting at the desk looked on us with disgust. All too busy to be professional enough in your attempt to gain business or apologize? Don't worry, we will never, and I mean ever step near your establishment again. If anyone tells me how beautiful my daughter is, I will recall the salon we ended up at which I sincerely thank you for, but I also have to tell your tale.

Purchased a blowout with Dante on Groupon on a whim - he is great! And no lie my hair style never looked better - I wish I could have him blow out my hair every day ! Will return

I had an excellent experience at Ciao Bella. Christina did a beautiful job on my cut and highlights ( which is not easy with extremely curly hair). I found the salon to be modern and updated. I have also gotten my services by the other stylists when Christina was booked and always left pleased. Give this local salon a try. You wont be unhappy!

I had a great experience! I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was assisted promptly. The lady who helped me was very nice. They take you into the back room (which is set up nicely with a tv and a comfortable lounge chair) and explain how the process works. They then compare your current teeth shade to a shade wheel to decide what number level you are currently at (I was a 1). The whole whitening process only takes 20 minutes and I was checked on often. After, they compare your teeth to a shade wheel again and you can see how much whiter your teeth have gotten. The entire process was easy and stress free - I would definitely recommend them.

I attended Ciao Bella Hair Salon for teeth whitening with a groupon. The owner, Nicole, was the most unprofessional, nastiest woman I have ever come in contact with in a salon setting. She had attitude from the moment I walked in, which is a shame because I think the spa-experience should be relaxing and fun. I do feel it's necessary to say that her staff seemed nice enough to me.
Anyway, she compared my original shade and explained how I would likely move up one or two shades lighter. After 15 minutes (even though my groupon said a minimum of 20 minutes), she returned and we found that my teeth did not change (whatsoever). She acknowledged this but did not offer anything to better my visit. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything like that, but expected her to offer another service. Maybe that's because especially in this field, there is so much she could have done to alleviate the poor experience.
Anyway, she was snippy and bitchy (honestly), and the experience was followed up by poor results. Usually I can suck it up and deal with a nasty girl, but not when it's a waste of money.
Maybe the teeth whitening would work for you, but I GUARANTEE you, if you spent the $50 to buy decent whitening strips, you'd be so, so, so much happier (and in the comfort of your own home!)
