I moved here recently and am looking for a great nail salon. Went online and found this place. My nails look nice & the girl who did my nails was very pleasant, even tho she didn’t speak English. The problem, however, was with I’m assuming is the owner, who was not very friendly or accommodating. One would think that business owners would be happy to get new customers. I asked if I could come back for a pedicure and she was very dismissive. I won’t go back. Her business obviously relies on the nearby hotels. I would like to find a more welcoming place.

I’m surprised at all these wonderful reviews. I found the salon to be very cluttered it is extremely small and moving around from place to place was not smooth. If you were in a wheelchair it would be very difficult access. The towels they used were tattered and surely could stand to be replaced. There is no uniform smock or apron and the workers did not look very neat. I had a pedicure, the instruments were not unwrapped in front of me, leading me to wonder how they were being disinfected. I would not recommend this salon based on these things.

Best salon in Saratoga! Love the quality and the service. 10/10! I don't recommend any other salon the way I do for pronails. Tammy and Tina are the girls to go to!

Pro nails is amazing! I’ve had bad experiences getting ANC from other places but this place does an amazing job! I’ve been coming every month for over a year and the staff is always polite. Everyone is welcoming and my nails always look amazing! I would recommend Pro nails to anyone!

This place is the ONLY place I go and have been for years. My 3 daughters go here as well, they are always trying new designs and ProNails always does amazing work. They care about your real nails and keep them healthy (not grinding them down to nothing). I tell everyone I know to go here. Always clean and friendly too!
